PAIX is the acronym for “Pan African Internet Exchange data centres”. PAIX was founded in 2016 by a team of data centre, telecom industry and investment professionals with a track record in the African market. In its data centre operations, PAIX aims to offer a leading global quality service level to its national and international customer base across the African continent.

WADC trades under the brand name ‘Rack Africa’ and is one of Ghana’s carrier-neutral data centre. The company has been offering co-location services from its Accra data centre since 2011. According to Rack Africa, it serves a diversified customer base of more than 20 network operators and network services providers from its Accra data centre facility and has the advantage of access to all four undersea cables that land in Ghana.
