National Surgical Healthcare is owning, operating, and partnering with physicians in the short-stay surgical hospital and ambulatory surgery center industry. Delaware Outpatient Center for Surgery operates a surgical facility. Its services include otolaryngology, colon and rectal surgery, gynecology and infertility, neurosurgery, pain management.

Symbion owns and operates a national network of short stay surgical facilities. Symbion owned and operated 50 surgical facilities in 24 states. Their surgical facilities, which include ASCs and surgical hospitals, primarily provide non-emergency surgical procedures across many specialties, including, among others, cardiology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, orthopedics and pain management. Symbion’s surgical hospitals also provide acute care services such as diagnostic imaging, laboratory, obstetrics, oncology, pharmacy, physical therapy and wound care.

NovaMed Surgery Center of Madison is designed, equipped, and staffed exclusively for outpatient surgery. It is a joint venture between Surgery Partners, and a number of local physicians. NovaMed Surgery Center of Madison meets and exceeds the highest standards required by the state of Wisconsin. As compared to a hospital, NovaMed Surgery Center of Madison provides greater conveniences in a more relaxed atmosphere.
